First off the Riu’s food was better then I expected. There was a lot of cooking stations and the wait staff was very good. The staff was constantly cleaning the place and the grounds were very well kept. The pools we’re amazing the waiters took drink orders right from your seats and the swim up bar was nice also. The Riu is nice if you want to just relax and stay on the resort or if you choose to venture out it’s a little far from town about 35 min there’s a adventure park right near the hotel that’s a must see and the zip line was extremely fun. The shows at night are fun and entertaining.Just be careful of the atv and jet ski rentals on the beach they don’t have Insurace so do it at your own risk the hotel offers the same things and the price can be negotiated over all I’d rate place 8.3/10 super clean and all staff had masks on if that’s a concern for you and everything is now open again clubs and bars

This was not my first stay at RIU Palace and I was disappointed to know that it isn’t an adult only resort as the other locations of Aruba, Mexico and Jamaica. Could have saved me about $500.00. The customer service was amazing per usual. Food was okay. Didn’t get the opportunity to try any of the restaurants because by 8:00pm they were not accepting any reservations. The slides are a little rough, we were not able to remain in the pool. It’s the only resort area. Upset that we couldn’t leave the resort because it was about a 25 minute drive to the main road. This resort is perfect to hang out and do excursions.

La habitación que nos entregaron en el piso 0, tenia mucho olor a humedad, después de varias llamadas nos la cambiaron. Considero que el la instalaciones ya se ven descuidadas y con falta de mantenimiento, la calidad e bebidas alcohólicas no es buena ni variada. No hay baños cerca del área de piscinas, considero que para el precio que se paga por el hotel no es adecuada a la calidad que ofrecen

Food in buffets were cold for breakfast, lunch or dinner. They had warmers on them but still cold. The sauces are watered down. If you want water or coffee, get it urself! Hope you like raccoons on table with your meal because that’s what we had in steak house! Walk paths from hotel to pool were dirty and should have been swept and moped every day. Was never done in our 7 day stay. Pool was dirty every day. We had three rooms and two had warm refrigerators. Yes we called and they were never fixed. The shows were ok at best. The only plus was the group they had for activities. They were great!! Wouldn’t recommend this RIU to anyone!

He ido unas 5 veces, y esta última ha sido mejor, mejor la comida, cócteles y todo el personal muy amable. Solo vi algo en que se puede mejorar, en los toboganes del splash no se pueden usar sandalias ni zapatos que esto lo entiendo, pero el piso de cemento es muy muy caliente al sol, que esto quema los pies al tratar de subir nuevamente al tobogán. Debería colocar una alfombra o techo.

The hotel was nice, the food plentiful.They need to upgrade their drinks not much in the way of scotch or tequila.Staff was great especially the staff at the coffee bar Juan.Jossey, Jessy, and Evelynn, Marlon. i would like it better if they had more shops around as well as the entertainment was indoors where there is air condition it was too hot and humid to sit out side for a few hours watching a show. the excursions were fun and worth while we went with Diamante.
