This property exceeded our expectations. The beautifully lit outside steps from your rooms to the five star restaurant was magical.
There is a rooftop bar and very romantic swimming pool where you can see the entire city and enjoy a glass of wine.
Superb! Highly recommend Guanjuato and this exquisite hotel tucked away in the cty.

Great location, the bar has beautiful view. The pool is incredible. I will definitely return. Room views are great, staff is great. Your in the center of it all. Rooms are outstanding. One negative, Avoid restaurant the service is dismal, but food is good. Took forever to get them to take order, get drinks, never got refills or 2nd drink and 30 minutes to get the bill even after asking many times.

We stayed in room 12. Beautiful views from two small balconies and one large floor to ceiling windows. The room is exceptionally large and well furnished. Details are of quality. People are exceptionally polite. A couple of issues: 1) Though different people like different stiffness levels, my mattress was exceptionally hard. If you are a side sleeper, the setup is uncomfortable. 2) New pillows are needed. 3) Though breakfast was included, it was the same two options every single day. The fruit salad/granola was good. 4) Only coffee is included with breakfast but no espresso or cappuccino. Subpar quality coffee. 5) There is a great number of steps everywhere. If you have disabilities, this is not a suitable place. Overall, the stay was enjoyable.

Great rooftop bar for an amazing view of Guanajuato. Courteous staff, good drinks, awesome view of the city. Cocktails 180 pesos. terrible loud music. Giving it less points as the music was uncomfortably loud. Wouldn't go back.
