This place was went well above our expectations of hotel stay. It gave you a peace of mind to be in a safe neighborhood with plenty of place to eat and shop nearby. The staff was super friendly and helped us navigate through city of Guanajuato. The stay felt like a little bit like being home and comfortable, with individual keys for each room, for easy access to our party of 5. It’s well equipped with coffee, water towels, and even had small microwave and toaster oven. I will definitely be returning when visiting Guanajuato. Absolutely great place. Very comfortable beds. Staff was amazing. Small cons - Needed a little sweeping and vacuuming from some dust. Shower head in sueños room was basically non existent due to water spraying everywhere. Other than that I'd stay here again

The interior design for every single room was unique and gave the "Guanajuato" feeling. The bedroom space and bathroom amenities in each room was excellent for our 3 older college kids and worth every penny.

I stayed at this place with my family and noticed mildew issues in almost every single room, it was a busy weekend and everything was booked and we had no other choice but to stay there. When I came back to home I started having breathing issues, when I went to the doctor I was confirmed my health issues were due to mildew exposure. The treatment isn’t pleasant and it is expensive, please avoid this place until the host fixes the issue. I took pictures that shows this issue has probably been there for years, please be aware!!

Pésima experiencia. No lo recomiendo. Dejé mi mochila y mis pertenencias con mis documentos personales (el cual se muestra para confirmar la reserva) y al día siguiente que estaba revisando todo me di cuenta que ya no contaba con mi documento oficial! Mi novio (quien también vio que dejé mis documentos personales dentro de la mochila en el cuarto) también no encontró nada. Pregunté por cámaras de seguridad (que no hay) o si alguien más cuenta con llave de acceso al cuarto. No me supieron ayudar. Mi preocupación es la falta de seguridad y no saber si alguien entró al cuarto y se metió entre mis pertenencias personales. Segundo: si vienes en carro y con varias maletas te toca dejarlo al frente y pagar un extra de 340 pesos, además de cargar con todo el equipaje. Por el precio que se paga y con tanta demanda creo que hay lugares más seguros. Yo me dejé llevar por la calificación de estrellas, pero hubiera preferido pagar más y estar segura a tener que vivir esta mala experiencia.

Todo muy limpio, muy buena ubicación y bien acondicionado el espacio. Muy bueno lo de tener lavadora y secadora. Siempre con agua caliente en las regaderas. Las camas fueron muy cómodas. Nos gustó mucho.
