There are some expensive and good ones in Guanajuato, but
It's a place that's cost-effective and has a nice view.
I used the cheapest place, and solo backpackers can use it.
However, you have to climb a little hill.
Instead, the restaurant has a view of the town.

Great location to get around in the downtown of Guanajuato check in was easy staff was friendly our room was nice and clean with a great view of the city we really enjoyed our stayed

I cancelled this property at the hotel and through *******, yet I was still charged! The room layouts are odd, but it is close to the city center. It is NOT walkable unless you climb mountains every day, as the alley up to the hotel is straight up the hill, and impossible to drag up a suitcase.

Hotel is really nice and clean. Just a walk from all tourists areas and attractions. I do however not recommend it to people with back and feet problems because it is a steep walk and lots of stairs.

Friendly staff only bad thing is the parking but they find a way to send you to a different location and send a shuttle to pick you up. Besides that beautiful comfortable great location breakfast is delicious.

It is a scam. They offer parking but it is outdoors, far from the hotel, unsafe and you have to pay for a taxi to return to the hotel. It was January, it was cold and they didn't have blankets, when I asked for some they said they didn't have any but they would look for them, they brought some that left something to be desired.
