My overall experience was very good. I traveled with my 4 children and my wife and the room was perfect with a king bed and two double beds on the top. The hotel is very well maintained and clean and the location is unbeatable for exploring the center of Guanajuato on foot.
It can improve the reception process. I notified my arrival time in advance so that they would facilitate my parking in front of the hotel to take my family and luggage down, but there was no one waiting to give instructions, I had to call the hotel to notify them and that means another 15 minutes walking around. to the city.
There is no parking but there they gave me contact information for a pension 15 minutes walk from the hotel.
Breakfast was good. Egg, beans, hot cakes, an extra stew, fruit, yogurt, granola, cereal, sweet bread and bolillo among other things.
The hotel is highly recommended.

The property had a great location and great views from the balcony. The complimentary buffet breakfast was great. This hotel was family friendly. Close to the Mercado. No parking on site. I would stay here again.
