no facilities, room is too small, curtain can not cover the lights, just very good location, 1 mins to the centre garden

exactly at the town centre. better request a room look at the street.

We were shocked that this hotel was rated so highly. A few major issues: (1) upon arrival, I was required to pay an additional fee of 400 pesos as my ******* reservation stated that only one guest was arriving when we were two. The reservation was for a king suite - so it didn’t make any sense and felt like something you might expect 20 years ago. (2) the air in the lobby seemed perfumed which was not pleasant, (3) the room had windows only towards the interior atrium, (4) the bed was rock hard, (5) there were no outlets on one side of the bed. Overall it felt like a cheap hotel from the quality of furnishings.

The location is the best. All famous attractions are walking distance. The spa was so good, thank you to Irma and Yvonne I believe for a great massage and taking us so late notice. I initially had taken the Deluxe king but I feel that was not my type of room and thanks to the staff for letting us upgrade to a better room. Overall liked it so much. And if you desire to give a serenade you can with a balcony room. Thanks to the girl that helped me get the mariachis that same night. Thanks to the maintenance guy, and to all staff at the desk, even the housekeepers, You guys made my stay more enjoyable.
