環境很好，酒店外部裝修不錯，還有游泳池。但是房間內部比較一般，特別是衞生間洗澡出水特別不好，水流很分散很沖，洗頭極其不方便。酒店位於瓜納華託半山腰再上去一點，體力好的話去市中心來回單程二十分鐘，親測都可以走得動。服務也不錯，可以寄存行李。

Mi estancia fue muy agradable, cumplió las expectativas de la familia, alberca, ubicación y el desayuno rico. Los chicos muy atentos en la alberca y el restaurante, las habitaciones un poco reducidas pero para dormir estuvo bien.

Buen servicio, buffet creo muy caro, y hace falta limpieza en varias areas del hotel, al parecer en otra habitacion solicitaron alimentos y la charola estaba en la puerta con los restos de la comida desde un dia anterior, nosotros salimos a las 11 de la mañana y aun continuaba ahi.

The service was exceptional and very honest people. I left all my documents and they called me and arrange transport to take it to me. Also when I needed a hotel in San Miguel Allende Christian made sure I was connected with the manager of the hotel and got me a great place to stay

Falta que al hotel le pongan atención al mantenimineto. Paredes exteriores de uno de los edificios despintadas. No hubo cable en las TV por tres días y solamente dijeron que era externo. Las TVs no tienen streaming como en los hoteles Casa Inn.
El personal de limpieza muy mal entrenado, no acude a limpiar la habitación cuando se les indica. El tipo de hotel debería ofrecer ciertas amenidades como crema humectante y acondicionador.
