We had 3 rooms; they had the basic, beds were comfortable, bathroom had the usual amenities, in one of the rooms the air conditioner was not working, and the hotel changed the room. 2 other rooms had a strong humid smell. Breakfast was not included in the price but was good. I'm sure that there has to be other rooms with better conditions than the one we had on the first floor. We asked if there was a business center available, but they don't have it. There is a person that works there by the name of Jose Luis that has an excellent customer service and constantly was trying to help with everything we needed. The waitress that served our breakfast the first day was very friendly and did a very good job, I'm sure her name is Gloria.

La amabilidad del personal es buena, la habitación es pequeña, y oscura lo que en tiempo de invierno la hace sentirse fría. Puedes dejar tus maletas en resguardo si haces un recorrido en grupo de prestadores de servicios de tour, lo que no puedes dejar es tu carro, ni en el estacionamiento.

Fueron muy accesibles, cómodas y agradable el hospedaje. El servicio fue excelente, su gente es muy amable en el hotel, nos ayudaron a complementar las visitas a los museos y recorridos

Excelente servicio, el única detalle es que el estacionamiento esta a medio kilometro del hotel, no obstante me parece que el precio es justo el servicio recibido, asimismo todos los empleados fueron muy amables y atentos.

Muy amables en su atención los empleados, la habitación es cómoda y funcional. Lo único que hago notar es que el estacionamiento es del hotel hermano y debes acudir a dejarlo y recogerlo.
