La propiedad es preciosa, le falta muchísimo mantenimiento a los muebles e instalaciones, hay mal olor del resumidero del agua en la regadera (lo tratan de cubrir con tapas), no faltan enchufes (y están los cables expuestos), estuvimos 4 noches hospedadas y nunca tuvimos wi-fi, la comida en el restaurante es pésima también. No regresaré ni recomendaría este lugar.

The property was as described. Castle experience on the look inside and out. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. But good experience.

La comida no es buena… el personal se ve desanimado, el lugar es bonito, pero si no fuera porque la propiedad es un castillo, no tendría sentido el hosped****. Es lo único bueno, que es un castillo. Y no creo que el personal sea un problema en si, posiblemente los dueños del lugar no les preocupa mejorar la experiencia y por eso no generan procesos de mejora.
