A historic hotel with rooms that retain their vintage charm, perfect for taking photos. The service is also excellent. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city center, making sightseeing extremely convenient. The hotel's century-old cultural heritage feels like stepping into a museum. The entire city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, definitely worth a visit!

This hotel is an old house with a history of more than 100 years. It is located in the center of the town. The hotel is very beautiful. The hotel restaurant is always crowded with people and there are band performances.

The hotel is located in a great spot and a walk away from main attractions. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Having onsite parking is very convenient. The facilities are far off a 4-Star rating as advertised in multiple platforms. Compared to other locations throughout Mexico, they are not maintained as such, lack quality and upkeep. Skip the restaurant as you’ll find tastier and higher quality food in surrounding area.

We decided to start with drinks and have dinner to celebrate a wonderful 2 months in Mexico.. i got possibly the worst mijito ever.. it was so thick with sugar syrup and brown old mint. No freshness of lime and no alcohol....no soda.. nothing We spoke to 2 staff and asked them to try it as it was not drinkable and they said nothing.. they dont care.. we paid and left the drink onthe table.. Don't go here...as other reviews aren't great

No fridge in the room and to use the hot tub you have to make a reservation and pay 500pesos to use it. It’s ok for 1 night but it’s more like a 3 star hotel.
