Hotel Santa Regina

The location is excellent, just steps from the Basilica of Our Lady, and only a 5-minute walk from the theater and cable car. It's easily accessible by taxi, so even people with a lot of luggage won't have any problems.

I stayed at a hotel in Guanajuato for two nights. The hotel had a good location and an elevator, which was very convenient. It was easy to walk to the attractions. The room was very clean, there was a self-service water dispenser in the hallway, the bed was comfortable, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and attentive.

The location is excellent, and the main attractions are within walking distance. The front desk service is standard and enthusiastic, and there is a water dispenser on the floor. Although it is an old building, it is generally quite clean. The room is quite large and the bedding is comfortable. There is no air conditioning, but there are fans and floor fans. Due to the high floors between the rooms, the lighting is dim. There is a Chinese fast food restaurant near the hotel with high value for money. The Mexican breakfast provided by the hotel is suitable for Chinese people. It is highly recommended to stay here.

Service: The receptionist was very welcoming ❤️, helping me with many transportation questions, providing breakfast, and telling us it was at another hotel, which was very convenient. Just walk through the small road facing the hotel and turn left, and you'll reach the cathedral square. Facilities: My room was on the first floor, so I didn't have to carry my luggage 🧳, which was great! It was a bit noisy because it's on the street, but that's to be expected, given its location is a 3-minute walk from the cathedral ⛪️ and close to the cable car 🚡.

The location is excellent, but there's no parking, making it inconvenient to drive there. However, this is understandable given its location in the heart of the old city. The hotel buildings are old, and the facilities are worn, but the rooms are reasonably well-maintained. Breakfast isn't served in the hotel but at a restaurant next door; the quality is decent, making it a good choice overall.
