Agradable el lugar, un poco reducida el área de la regadera y resbalosa aún con sandalias. Me atendieron muy bien en la recepción a pesar de la hora tarde de ingreso.

Hotel bem decorado, com detalhes que valem a pena, atendimento impecável e com estacionamento gratuito. Fica uns 5min de carro do centro, mas vale a pena. Oferece café da manhã com custo a parte.

We stayed there for three night and it was like we were home. Staff are very nice and helpful they helped us find a good taxi also helped us with the different tours. The room was lovely. The only thing just be ready to carry your luggage down or up the stairs to your room. But other than I recommend it

The hotel was nice. The room was small with no drawers but, clean and comfortable. It is a 30 minute walk to the center or a 7 peso bus ride. We took a 70 peso taxi return trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and reasonably price. I would recommend this a place to explore Guanajuato.

Me gustó la limpieza y atenciones de los encargados.
No me gustó la ubicación, lo pequeño de las habitaciones, servicio de desayuno incluido, es café y pan, pero sí pides una taza de café mas, te la cobran (en todos los lugares es refill). En resumen, no lo recomiendo.
