This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, please don’t waste your time or money.

Nuestra visita no fue para hospedarnos. Solamente para disfrutar con amigos de la bella vista que desde el hotel se tiene hacia la ciudad. No había variedad en nada... Pocas opciones en bebidas y solo dos opciones para comer. Lo lamentable fue que al querer cancelar la cuenta no aceptaba tarjetas y quería pagar el dolar a 14 pesos lo cual es una verdadera estafa. Nos sentimos hasta secuestrados pues cerró todas las puertas con llave. "Si dependen del turismo deberían cuidarlo" Nota. El resto de personas y experiencia en Guanajuato fue excelente.
