客觀説，還是不錯的，值得肯定。內外大於在外。
在這個價位，尤其是五一節的價位還挺節制。
周邊的房子看起來都是新蓋沒幾年，還算方便。
房間內各種設施和配置，很貼心，也比較新。早飯餓不着。
地下停車，考驗新手；後院地面車位，充足，還低難度。
總之，考慮價格評估體驗，滿意！
