非常滿意的一次入住體驗，雖然發生了很多小插曲，但是小陶管家回覆和處理的非常及時，點贊。酒店風景是真的絕絕子，任何地點拍照都很出片，去了酒店送的温泉，非常多的泡池和各種加料温泉和自然温泉也很愜意，南山竹海景區確實風景秀麗，回到升級後的房型自帶一個無邊泳池和一個温泉湯池，非常贊。第二天起來後的早餐也很不錯，適合親子旅遊！

五月的小週末，住進了這坐落在竹海中的別墅，滿眼的綠色，空氣特別清新，最叫人值得一提的是，我們的管家張欣蕾，在我們訂好房間後，提前聯繫我們，告知我們停車場位置，還有各類的谷內活動，由於我們個人原因，我們當天晚上將近11點才到，其實已經是晚班的來接待了，但是張欣蕾小姐姐，一直在關注着我們的行程，從我們到，到進入房間，都是她幫着預約的，進入房間以後又是提前通知酒店客房阿姨幫我們泡好温泉，在這裏也要謝謝這位素味謀面的阿姨，一身疲憊，在這灑滿玫瑰花的温泉中，消失殆盡。可能是去的太晚了，又是有房間空着，又考慮到我的小孩，張欣蕾小姐姐幫我們打了個招呼給我們升級了兩室兩廳的房間，張欣蕾小姐姐在我們退房離開的時候，怕我們下午開車疲勞，還貼心的給我們準備了兩杯咖啡，這樣的貼心的管家誰不想擁有😄
