The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guanghan. I especially recommend the family suite; it's spacious and very comfortable for a family.

We only checked in after midnight and checked out after breakfast the next day. The main reason for staying at the location was to visit Sanxingdui Museum. The room is starting to show its age but generally the room is clean. Breakfast had the typical local dishes varieties with coffee served from the coffee pot.

Room we stayed was not properly cleaned, carpet and chairs are with stained marks, shower area is full of mildews, overall condition of the room is old. The hotel entrance is at the back alley and the lift up to the hotel lobby on 5th floor is very unclean. Poor breakfast, with limited choices and unappealing. We will never stay at the place again.

The staff doesn't speak English but they are nice.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in (the staff were very friendly, so there's not much to say about that). First, the room had a terrible chemical smell that wouldn't dissipate, and opening the window didn't help; it even let in a bunch of mosquitoes. Second, there were no disposable slippers; I had to call the front desk to ask for some. Also, the hotel's Wi-Fi signal was weak and kept dropping. I was on a business trip and the internet was cut off halfway through a meeting at night. Then, the worst part was the next day. The internet went out at 10:30, and the power went out around 11:00. The delivery robot I ordered was stuck inside because of the internet. After a while, the internet came back on, but then the power went out again. To check out, I had to carry my suitcase down the stairs from the 7th floor myself. This is a hotel partnered with a travel agency. The tour group arrived at 7 pm and made a lot of noise in the hallway, and nobody cared. They kept making noise until 10 pm, and the next day they started yelling for people to gather outside at 7 am. I couldn't get any sleep.

A very standard hotel, the facilities, hygiene and service are beyond words. After all, it is the first four-star hotel in Guanghan. The rest was very comfortable. The underground parking lot is large and parking is convenient. Good review!
