清明節去的壩美，天氣已經比較炎熱了，遊客不多，壩美遠離都市塵囂，整個村落有樸實自然的美。住的民宿條件不錯，非常乾淨，床品舒適，三層小樓還配備了電梯，非常難得。服務人員能快速回應客人的訴求，總體滿意。

酒店老闆態度非常好，我們進出壩美的行李都是老闆安排接送，讓我們輕鬆愉快遊玩。由於我們年齡都比較大，給老闆説了我們想早一點吃早飯，老闆也很温馨給我們單獨安排。我們後來在離開壩美客户中心時，遺忘了行李。後來到普者黑才發現。給老闆電話， 老闆也急我們所急，給我們安排行李在廣南動車站交接。非常感謝老闆的幫助！
