去前台大廳開房 前台特別傲慢跟看不起人是的 住那麼多年酒店第一次遇到 退房的時候東西落房間裏了 提醒我回來取 我回來等大半天讓我自己上去拿 服務太差勁了 笑死了 第一次來光山住酒店就住到這樣的酒店 再也不來光山了 太噁心了

衞生：床品不乾淨，小孩睡一覺身上被咬了好幾個包
設施：為什麼房間要裝智能聲控？隔音又不好，外面一點點動靜房間所有燈光全開，一整晚不知道開了多少次，怎麼睡覺？
體驗感極差，下次不會再去了。
