I was really satisfied with the facilities; the package was a great deal, and even the basic room was spacious, complete with a sofa and a nice night view. Everything in the hotel felt new and was impeccably clean. My only minor gripe is the slightly out-of-the-way location, but other than that, it was excellent. Regarding the service, I want to start by commending all the female staff. The front desk personnel were enthusiastic and professional. The cleaning ladies always greeted me when passing by, which was a lovely touch and made me feel very welcome. However, I'm deducting a point for the attitude of the male staff. During my two-night stay, I saw three different male valets at the ground floor entrance, and without exception, every single one was looking down at their phone. They didn't help open doors when cars pulled up, and even more surprisingly, they didn't proactively greet guests. After staying in numerous five-star hotels, this is the first time I've encountered staff completely ignoring customers. I also ran into two male staff members in suits in the elevator; they didn't greet me at all and just bluntly asked, ”Which floor?” They didn't say a word when I exited the elevator either. They couldn't even manage basic communication, let alone a good attitude. I suggest replacing the male staff who clearly don't want to work with female employees. Let these men go home and be a 'glory to their ancestors' there, rather than damaging your hotel's image here.
