The downside is that it's quite far from the city center, and if you're relying on public transport, it can be quite tiring, taking about 45 minutes to reach Tiyu Xilu. The room is simple and clean, with high-quality toiletries and disposable towels. The lobby offers free, unlimited refills of soy milk and coffee, plus a small breakfast. Overall, the experience was fantastic. Self-check-in is also perfect for introverts. Most importantly, the price is affordable without feeling cheap at all.

I stayed in Guangzhou for two days to visit friends, and on my departure day, I chose this hotel to catch an early high-speed train. They offered a shuttle service to the station every half hour. It was my first time staying at a self-check-in hotel, and I found it quite novel! Staff were on-site to guide me. Although there were some minor bugs due to a network issue at the time, the staff's quick response in handling it was commendable. One of the guys was pretty amusing too! In the afternoon, when I needed to take the subway, the driver had taken the car for maintenance, so a lovely lady specially rode an electric scooter to drop me off – thank you! And thanks to the driver for picking me up when I missed the last shuttle at night. This hotel is incredibly warm and welcoming! The service is excellent!
