Great hotel to stay at for the Canton Fair. Walking distance probably about 10 minutes to the fair. Also close to the Metro line Pazhou station. Nice clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast mainly Chinese food but during the show they do offer things like fried egg, sausage, bacon and toast for the Western diet. Good coffe from bean to cup machine at breakfast. Comfortable room with enough space and good bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

I booked this hotel because my girlfriend wanted to go to Aiyifu at the mall nearby. The room and service were both pretty good. The only thing is, it's really only close to the mall. If you want to go to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street or the Old Town, it takes about an hour by car. The airport is roughly 40 minutes to an hour away. It's a pretty standard hotel, so I recommend considering your actual needs. Overall, it's decent.

At the beginning, I struggled to find the right room because I had requested a non-smoking one and in another I was not able to get internet. But the staff was very patient with me, and in the end, I had a great stay. What really impressed me was how well they manage forgotten or lost items. Right after my checkout, they sent me a message about the shampoo I had left behind. More than a week later, I was able to recover it. The best part was finding a sweatshirt I had completely forgotten about at check-in while switching from one room to another, thanks to 小温 (and her colleague, who also tried to help whenever she wasn’t busy with another guest). She was so professional and carefully reviewed each moment through the CCTV footage, from when I arrived at the lobby to when I walked down the corridor. Thank you so much Mrs. Detective!! 🕵️♀️ 🥳🙌 Plus the hotel has a free laundry room with a washer and dryer, which is very convenient.

Highly recommended! The hotel's location is convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the subway station, and it's also very close to shopping malls. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding and sheets were spotless, and the soundproofing was good. This is my third time in Guangzhou, and this was the best hotel I've stayed in. I slept soundly until I woke up naturally – it was excellent.

The hotel is about 15 walk from the metro. Location is not bad however the street condition is not easily walkable. Many eateries in the area. Yongqingfang is 15-20 minutes away from the hotel by foot. Due to the peak period during China National Day and Mid Autumn Festival otherwise there will be better choices of accomodation.

The room was quiet, the service was very good, and they allowed me to check out at 3 o'clock. The lobby lounge had a good environment and tea was available.

I really like their service attitude. The handsome guy and beautiful girl at the front desk are really considerate, and any problems they have are solved immediately. I will stay here again next time. Hahaha. The bed is also comfortable.

After arriving in Guangzhou, I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel. Its location is truly fantastic, being super close to Guangzhou Zoo and the subway station—literally less than a two-minute walk! This made getting around and sightseeing incredibly convenient. My daughter really loved the doll at the hotel entrance. They provide two washing machines and two dryers, all new and very efficient, drying clothes quickly, which I really appreciated. Plus, there's a coffee area right next to them, making it a comfortable spot to wait while doing laundry. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. Our room was spotless, and the bedding was exceptionally white. It was well-equipped with all the essentials and was just the right size—not too big, not too small, perfectly comfortable and functional for our needs. My only suggestion for improvement would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast items. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Guangzhou.

The lady at the front desk provided great service, and the bedding in the room was quite comfortable. There's self-service laundry on the first floor; you can drop off your clothes when you head out, and they'll even wash them for you, which is very thoughtful. You can just pick them up when you get back. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the staff's warmth. Check-in was super quick, and they thoughtfully shared local dining recommendations and sightseeing routes. The room was spacious and bright, with excellent natural light and ventilation. The facilities were complete and very well-maintained. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and lying down instantly washed away my travel fatigue. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, hot water supply was stable, and the toiletries were high-quality. The hotel's location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station and shopping district, making transportation and shopping incredibly convenient. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is an excellent choice. I'll definitely stay here again next time! I must give a special shout-out to the hotel's cleaning staff! They cleaned my room meticulously every day, right on time. The floors were spotless, and not a speck of dust was found even in sofa crevices or window corners. Used water glasses were carefully disinfected, and bedding was changed promptly. Towels were folded neatly. The bathroom glass and countertops sparkled, completely free of water stains or odors. Not only was the cleaner efficient, but she was also incredibly kind and热心地 responded to any requests for help. Thumbs up for her professionalism and responsibility!
