Sunshine International Apartment(Guangzhou Beijing Road Jinrun Bogong)

We are stay here for days, almost 2 weeks and we always get amazing experience, suitable for business cause near wholesale market, the room so spacious and the receptionist very warm, kind, and nice. We are stay here before in August, and this November we are coming here again, will coming back next visit of course

The location is very convenient, right on the beijinglu pedestrian street. The unit is spacious and clean.

Customer Service is good, they help us find our parcels and help us get taxi to the airport also. Location very strategic, near shopping and food places..within walking distance..Would for sure stay again.

Location super good (if you take taxi) metro is abit far away. Hotel has 6 passgener lift and 2 cargo lift. Abit slow but still managable.

at my check in, I saw fragments of noodles on the floor under the kitchen counter, and there was also hair on the floor. The microwave was also greasy, and the living room table was dusty. When i asked for these ares to be cleaned, a male staff member seemed displeased with my comments about the dirt i pointed out. He also retorted that it wasn't his hotel, while shaking his head. I told him that i am allergic to dust. With a dissatisfied tone, he asked me, "so what do you want now?" I replied, you know what needs to be done with the areas i showed you that weren't cleaned properly . "He then left. I then started to clean the kitchen area and wash the microwave myself, Suddenly, he came back with a broom, Ilet him sweep the floor. After that, he left without a word. The building is in Heng run plaza. its very convenient to the metro station, and taxis are also easy to find and plentiful. The room very big, although they originally said they would upgrade the room, i was quite disapointed because they gave me an unclean room. Furthemore, they were also unable to help postage my item that i left behind during checkout. Even though i said i would pay for the shipping cost, they told me to find a courier myself to go there to collect and deliver it. The problem is, i had already arrived in my home country. It's quite difficult for me to find a courier there. Everything was okay, it's just that their staff's service was unresponsive to customer problems and complaints. show a lack of care for customer.

Great location and room is quite spacious. Only a wet back is the lift, overcrowded at peak hour
