The hotel is located in the heart of Tianhe district. Location is very convenient, the reception staff work quickly and kindly. During the check in I was offered a room upgrade, which was suddenly pleasant! Annie's employee was very friendly, attentive and professional. I wish you great career ladder! On the 12th floor there is massage services, a lounge area where afternoon tea serves and a small gym. The room has all the necessary amenities. I switched on the “don's disturb” button before bed and I left for breakfast in the morning. After breakfast I returned and the room was cleaned quickly and efficiently. Very grateful for the hospitality and friendly atmosphere. If I will be in Guangzhou again, I definitely choose James and Joyce hotel again 🌸

The room has an American style, is very clean, and the facilities are on par with a five-star hotel. It was incredibly comfortable to stay in. The daily free coffee vouchers were a godsend for a coffee lover like me. Breakfast offered a wide variety of Chinese and Western options, and it was very substantial.
The hotel's location right near the subway makes it super convenient to get anywhere.
