Preferred Convenience Hotel (Guangzhou Lukou Subway Station) Reviews

An update since my last stay at this hotel… A beverage station has appeared right in the lobby! You can buy your favorite drink without even leaving the building! That said, you can still help yourself to complimentary freshly brewed coffee, just as before. My dear friends!

I've stayed at this hotel many times. I'm not particularly picky about the environment, so I usually just make do. But my check-in yesterday was truly shocking. I have to ask, do rooms not get cleaned after guests check out? You just make the bed and replace the toiletries and call it a clean room? Look at this, I don't even want to say anything. If the hotel thinks this is acceptable, then fine, but I can't stand it. When my charger fell on the floor and I went to pick it up, what did I see? And the water wasn't even hot. I don't know what was going on. I ended up taking two lukewarm showers.

Service: Good Ambiance: Good Breakfast was decent, and it's convenient to get around with bus stops nearby.

The room was great, the service was warm and friendly, and breakfast was included.

Very small rooms wifi also not worked. they donot have room service, for everything you need to go to the reception and ask They donot gave bread butter jam very basic breakfast option

Booked this hotel for my family, and I was a bit unsure at first, so I decided to check it out in person. The service attitude was excellent, and the environment turned out to be quite good too. **Facilities:** Well-equipped. **Hygiene:** Clean and very comfortable to stay in. **Environment:** The surroundings are pretty nice. **Service:** The attitude was also good.

This hotel is conveniently located right next to the road, with plenty of snack options downstairs. Free parking is available right beside the hotel, which is a huge plus. They also offer a self-serve breakfast. But what really stands out is their excellent service. When we checked out, they noticed we'd forgotten our face wash and called us specifically to let us know. That's truly commendable!

The room was a bit small, making it a little difficult to move around, but it offered a quiet escape despite being in a bustling area. The breakfast, however, was incredibly varied and unique. The restaurant downstairs, on the east side, seemed to take advantage of tourists; they charged for a pot of tea per person. For five people, they charged an unheard-of “4+5=20 yuan,” which felt like robbery. The owner even said, “If you had 10 people, I’d charge 40 yuan!” Given their demeanor, they didn’t seem like locals from Guangzhou.

The environment is quiet and the transportation is convenient. The lobby is already decorated for the New Year.
