Mercure Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street Hotel

My stay at Mecure Guangzhou was one of the best hotel stay experience. With very responsive staffs that are also super helpful. Appreciate the convenience they provided in terms of parcels collections. Checked in during a less peak period too and managed to get a free upgrade of rooms & late check out. Staffs were also very helpful, helping us with certain bookings as we do not have local number to call. Overall, it was a great experience and I will stay here again when I come to guangzhou.

Place is convenience and clean. Food and shopping is just nearby. Would like to compliment staff Cassie for being very helpful throughout the stay , assisting us whenever we need help. will be back again !

Place is extremely convenient, I’m close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Room was spacious enough for the both of us and clean as well. Service was extremely good too, had an issue with the room having smoke smell, but they changed rooms for us almost immediately.

Hotel’s location is great, it is right next to a large shopping mall and one street crossing away from Beijing Road, a major shopping street. The hotel is clean and comfortable, making for a great place to rest after a whole day exploring all that Guangzhou has to offer. Hotel staff are also friendly and professional. Just one thing to note - because of the hotel’s wonderful location next to a very busy street, there is no dedicated drop-off/pick-up point. Call those ride hailing cars when you are ready to board because the cars can literally only stop long enough for you to hop on! Breakfast buffet spread was good and situated on level 29 with a nice city view.
