前台羅小姐很熱情服務，介紹很多遊玩項目。房間和客廳都很大，裏面的泡池還是夠用的，水量很大，很快放滿一池子水。水上樂園十月底已經關閉，還特意開放給孩子們玩了一下，就是現在比較涼了，夏天過來應該不錯。附近的流溪河公園環境很好，水質看着真不錯！

整體來説，這次酒店住宿體驗有亮點也有不足。
先説優點，房間床品比較乾淨，讓人能睡個好覺。
然而，假期酒店生意火爆帶來的服務問題比較明顯。在需要拿水、毛巾、洗衣液等物品時，等待時間長達十分鐘以上，多次催促才拿到，雖然服務員態度沒有不好，但也談不上熱情，缺乏主動服務意識，體驗感因此大打折扣。另外，温泉泡池的水衹包含兩池，超出後就要額外付費，這點在預訂時沒有特別明顯的提示，讓人有些意外。希望酒店在旺季能夠合理調配人手，提升服務效率和質量，優化服務細節，在收費項目上也能更清晰地告知消費者，這樣相信會給客人帶來更好的體驗。

這家酒店的評分是刷出來的嗎？招待所的房間品質，電梯地毯很臟，門口停車場很亂，整個酒店毫無服務可言，出入行李都沒有人管，見不到人。樓下餐廳的早餐去晚一點就沒什麼吃的，服務人員不會主動加餐；晚餐上菜等40分鐘以上。配套的＂流溪湖森林公園門票體驗＂需要在前台扯半天皮，＂生態休閑農場入園免費體驗試吃，採摘＂酒店是不管的，前台讓我自己去聯繫解決，另外一個水上樂園沒有體驗。

説實話這家酒店的性價比不高，700多帶泡池的房間確實貴，因為酒店除了房間就沒有其他設施了，二樓的健身室衹是個擺設，裏面衹有兩台跑步機和一台踏步機，還是用不了的。酒店門口有個還沒開放的小遊泳池，酒店裡麪沒有温泉池，帶泡池的房間那水也衹是普通加熱自來水。酒店服務不敢恭維，辦入住衹給了門卡，晚上聽説吃早餐要拿早餐券才發現他們沒給早餐券，早餐是A、B、C套餐任選其一，必須提前一天預訂才有。第二天在用餐時間去吃早餐，發現餐廳早市與酒店客人共用一個餐廳，沒座位用餐衹能打包回房間，卻被告知我訂的C餐配不齊，衹有兩份玉米蕃薯和包子，湯麪和餃子沒有，提前一天預訂的意義是什麼呢，如果不是我提出質疑，估計就不了了知了吧（最後也給我配齊了）。酒店有位趙經理服務意識還是挺好的，每次遇到問題都能及時幫忙解決處理。

首先酒店前台年輕小姐姐很不錯，看我們第一次入住，還送了伴手禮，有心。其次，酒店環境，衞生，用品都很不錯，而且還是智能語音控制的。晚上小姐姐還送了宵夜小點心。入住體驗可以媲美五星酒店了，下來來這還住這裏。
