A place located outskirts of guangzhou. A good place the air is good . convenient place a big shopping mall beside the hotel. Looking forward.

Very kind staff in the whole hotel, at reception everyone was speaking English (which is a big plus in certain areas of China) welcoming you with a smile. Nice and comfortable lobby area, with area for talk and meet , with free coffee available and the coffee was defined quite good . Room was big and well organized, with a good layout. I appreciated how clean everything is, new and well maintained. Location is very convenient, at the top of Unipark shopping mall, with broad choice of restaurants and a supermarket. Also outside there was a pharmacy and other shops nearby. And also that is a plus, because some other hotels in Nasha could be quite isolated, with nothing around. Gym is enough for cardio, with nice machine, but pretty much that's it. it was clean and well maintained. Some cons though : -The kitchen has NO equipments AT ALL, no plates, not even a pan, so basically it's useless. Free minibar : one coke and one sprite. that's it. maybe a soda water, a juice or a small can of beer could be consider. - The breakfast was poor. Little variety, old cheese, old overcooked shrimps, milk that tasted odd. I would highly recommend to upgrade the variety and quality . Even with some cons, it's definitely a very good stay, definetely recommended !

We have stayed in Modena with my family as part of our relocation phase to China. So this type of serviced apartment was the choice we were looking for. Hotel has just opened and management has secured that there are no issues. Facilities are brand new and the management is working well to sustain top quality of services. Location is strategic, however the road outside the venue being under reconstruction can be sometimes annoying. The lobby access by car is currently blocked by the mall management and this can be an issue especially if you come with luggage. There is a great drop off area in-front of the lobby so I am sure it will be soon accessible. Finally breakfast is not available yet at the premises, and is offered in a HK restaurant at the mall; would be nice to have the breakfast in the hotel. Our stay has been very comfortable. Appreciating both the level of facilities and the service given our personal needs, we have already extended our stay at Modena for another 5 nights

The service of several female front desk staff is very good and their attitude is also very good. But the service of a male front desk staff wearing glasses is really worrying... Let's talk about the room upgrade first. If the front desk staff directly stated that it is not possible to upgrade the room across levels, it is acceptable. After all, this is just a benefit given by Ctrip. But this male waiter directly said that there is no room and no upgrade. The drama is that the room is on the big screen next to him, and Ctrip also has rooms. It is really disgusting to lie to guests with such loopholes. The second thing is that because I dyed my hair temporarily at the music festival, I was afraid that the color would stain the pillowcase, so I asked for a pillow towel. What was sent was the kind of towel that was spread on the floor of the bathroom. Is this a kind of revenge from the front desk? Or does the hotel have no money to buy pillow towels? If there is no pillow towel, sending a bath towel is also OK. The third thing is that I called the front desk to order a wake-up call. The first night was a female front desk, and her attitude was ok. The second night was this male front desk. His attitude was really perfunctory. I really hope that the person in charge of the hotel can hear the recording. btw The smile of the male receptionist is really disgusting. If you like foreigners so much, go work abroad. I don’t see you showing that kind of service and smile to Chinese people😅😅 The evaluation is absolutely objective. The price of this hotel is not cheap. I usually stay at the nearby Atour and Four Seasons, and I have never encountered such a disgusting front desk!

The hotel apartment has a large room and is comfortable to live in. Huanyu City is downstairs, which is very convenient.

The apartment is relatively new and the room is large. But the sound insulation is relatively poor. There is no view outside the window. You can order ** takeout, which will be delivered directly by the robot. Hot food is available for breakfast. There is free parking.

I came to Nansha, Guangzhou on a business trip and asked a friend in Guangzhou to help me book the hotel. I felt really good after arriving. The lobby is bright and elegant, with various decorations full of artistic flavor. The service staff are courteous and the room facilities are all available. The washing machine has a drying function that is worth praising. It also comes with laundry detergent, which is very convenient. There are free drinks in the refrigerator. Coca-Cola, next to Huanyucheng Shopping Center, it is very comfortable to take a walk here at night, and it is also very close to Jiaomen Subway Station.

The room is so big. Although it is a newly renovated and newly opened hotel, it has no smell. The public area is beautifully decorated, and you can take a photo of the beautiful scenery. The gym is free to use and has a changing room, which is very convenient.
