The room overall was great, and its proximity to the subway station made it really convenient. There were also plenty of food options nearby, and the hotel breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The front desk staff, especially the lady, provided very good service.

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very welcoming, making for a great stay. The restaurant's buffet breakfast was also good, and the environment was elegant. It's very convenient for getting around, with an excellent location just over a hundred meters from the subway station. The front desk service was excellent, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Toiletries were well-stocked, and the environment was quiet and not noisy. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

My stay at the Yishang Hotel Guangzhou Baiyun Julong was a very positive experience overall. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Julong Metro Station, making transportation incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel's decor is simple and stylish, the room facilities are quite new, and the smart devices work well. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom featured a convenient wet/dry separation. Upon checking in, the first room had a noticeable smoke smell. After I reported this to the front desk, the staff member was incredibly proactive and friendly. They immediately came to the room to try and clean it, ventilating and deodorizing it thoroughly, but the smoke smell still hadn't completely dissipated. The hotel didn't try to brush it off; instead, they promptly and proactively arranged for us to move to a brand new room. The new room was clean and odor-free with a comfortable environment. This level of service deserves high praise – their response was swift, their handling of the situation was appropriate, and they clearly prioritize the guest experience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted good. The overall hygiene was excellent, and the hotel offers great value for money. Although the smoke issue in a single room was minor, the hotel's proactive and responsible approach, along with the professional and attentive staff, is commendable. All in all, it's a great choice for business trips or leisure travel, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to the Baiyun District.

This hotel is very close to Baiyun Station, and it's super convenient to take the subway, with access to lines 8 and 12. The front desk service is excellent; the staff are always smiling. The room facilities are complete and very new. The bathroom has a fantastic wet/dry separation, and there's even a fridge in the room. The breakfast offers a wide variety, including Cantonese wonton noodles, and there's also a laundry room and a gym. Overall, a great stay experience!
