The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, even though there are many hotels around, this one is exceptional. It's right opposite Teemall, making it super convenient to grab some dim sum at Tao Tao Ju for breakfast. The hygiene is excellent, and the breakfast spread is plentiful with everything you could want. The soundproofing is also quite good. The staff, both the young men and women, are very enthusiastic and quick to resolve any issues. Highly recommended! I only regret not taking more photos of the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable, situated right in the heart of Beijing Road, and conveniently shares an elevator with the Mercure. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond, managing my Taobao deliveries and even handling returns for me. Communication via WeChat was seamless. I also appreciated the laundry service, where they delivered my fresh clothes directly back to my room. While the soundproofing wasn't perfect, the staff reacted immediately to my feedback by asking other guests to be quiet and offering breakfast coupons as an apology. I’ll definitely be back and will highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The hotel entrance faces Teemall on Beijing Road. It shares a building with Mercure Hotel, and the front desk is on the 10th floor. Our rooms were located on the lower floors of the building. The lovely lady at the front desk was so warm and attentive; she even helped us with our deliveries and laundry, which was really above and beyond. The laundry room and restaurant are also shared with Mercure. The room itself was decent, and the cleanliness was acceptable. Some of the amenities were a bit simpler compared to Mercure, but it offered good value for money.
