Yi-Zhi (Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, Gongyuanqian Metro Station, Guangzhou)

This stay was absolutely fantastic! Overall, I highly recommend it and would definitely come back again. The location is super convenient, right next to Exit B of Gongyuanqian subway station. The subway area has tons of food options, Watsons, Wow Beauty, and other shops. Plus, Beijing Pedestrian Street is just a 9-minute walk away. The room insulation was also excellent; I didn't hear any noise during my stay. Upon check-in, they provided fruit and some daily essentials, which was a very thoughtful touch! The hotel front desk also offered tea and umbrellas, which is incredibly helpful for guests venturing out on rainy days. For me, the most important thing was the laundry service, with both washing machines and dryers. This meant I didn't have to worry about running out of clothes or having to do laundry when I got home! The hotel breakfast was decent and filling enough. It had the usual options like bread and congee. The room itself was very spacious, not cramped at all! It was also incredibly clean and hygienic! The housekeeper clearly did a diligent job every day. If you look closely, you'll notice there are no water stains on the glass wall of the bathroom or on the faucets, which is something you rarely see and truly impressive! Came here for a concert. This place offers great value for money, and the service is excellent – they were able to accommodate all my requests. The room facilities are also quite good and smart. It's centrally located, very close to the metro station, which makes sightseeing and getting to and from the airport super convenient.

The location is fantastic, right outside the subway station, making it super convenient to get everywhere. The room was clean with a great view. The customer service was excellent, they responded to all our requests, and the robot delivery service for items was very fast. The breakfast was good too.

The free laundry service was really practical; they even delivered the clean clothes back to our room. Our butler also thoughtfully provided a care package, and on the first night, they brought warm milk to our room as a welcome treat, which was incredibly comforting and attentive. Throughout our stay, the butler offered personalized, one-on-one service with a gentle and meticulous attitude. Any requests were met with super-fast responses; they helped us arrange airport transfers, find a courier, and even return a package, all without a hitch. The service was genuinely excellent, and I'll definitely come back next time. The front desk staff also kindly upgraded our room for free. The hotel is very close to the subway station, so I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Guangzhou.

Got an upgraded room, which was a great experience. The view was facing Zhongshan 5th Road, and the room had good natural light. My only minor complaint is that the air conditioning was a bit too cold.

During peak hours (like rush hour), sharing the elevator can lead to longer wait times (around 5-10 minutes). It's advisable to factor in extra time for coming and going.
