The hotel is not very big, at 5 storeys total. But the room is spacious, comfortable and clean with modern facilities, with an AI assistant for some tasks like on and off TV or lights and opening and closing the curtain.
But the view from the window was not pleasing.
Breakfast was adequate but not sumptuous.
Neighborhoods were some old shop houses and goods storage. Good point is the nearest to the metro station, just a few minutes walk, but there's no escalators in the station.

This hotel isn't worth the price, and the facilities are old and run-down. The shower pressure was weak, there were stains on the bed that looked like blood, and the toilet had poop marks. It was absolutely disgusting, everything was terrible! At night, I couldn't sleep because of the constant slamming of doors in the hallway. Then, the air conditioner blew directly at my head, causing a headache. The airflow was strong and couldn't be adjusted at all. We asked for a baffle, but it was useless. This morning, I was woken up at 7 AM by the construction site next door. There was no soundproofing whatsoever. I got no sleep and just completely broke down.
