超滿意的一次入住！格芮酒店環境整潔雅緻，房間設施嶄新齊全，零壓床品帶來優質睡眠。前台服務專業又熱情，主動貼心告知遊玩攻略，推薦附近美食。6樓的自助洗衣服務很實用，還有小童中心和休閑中心可以用，早餐營養豐富口味佳。看到有其他客人使用酒店的免費停車場。總體來講，性價比超高，體驗感滿分，是出行的優選酒店！下次逛長隆還會再來

三個大人加一個小朋友定的親子房，性價比非常高，房間超級大，設備也是最新智能的，小朋友2天睡的都特別好，感覺比在家裡睡的還舒服，還贈送了可樂飲料，6樓有自助洗衣機小孩子大人的臟衣服一下子就全洗乾淨了。我感覺親子房間真的比熊貓酒店和香江酒店性價比高了很多，吃飯就去萬民城也很方便，早上去動物園打個車5分鐘就到。

來長隆動物園玩，盲選的格芮漢溪店也太驚喜了吧！商務大床軟fufu的，床墊彈性超讚，逛園暴走一天躺上去直接滿血復活，枕頭高低剛好，睡到大天亮都沒翻身醒～ 房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，採光超棒，早上拉開窗簾陽光灑進來，心情都變亮啦！
位置真的絕，離動物園超近，步行幾分鐘就到，不用早起趕車太省心～ 工作人員態度超nice，辦理入住超快，還主動給了遊玩小貼士，細節拉滿！商務房空間也夠用，放行李、辦公區都不擠，性價比直接封神～ 下次來長隆還住這兒，已經推薦給閨蜜啦！🥹

新的酒店性價比非常高，服務很好，房間很寬敞，工作人員非常的熱情，我兒子很喜歡這個酒店，小童樂園一個人能呆一個多小時，住着也是比較安心的，很安靜，老婆説床鋪很舒服，這個空調很值得贊一下，一點聲音都沒有，吹出來的風很舒服，洗衣機也特別好，還不需要加洗滌劑，哄的也很乾；總之很值得推薦，離長隆也非常近，明天帶家人去長隆玩，這個酒店，下次還來；

Amenities is good. Self service laundry is available. But there's no value add service of hotel staff to help out the washed laundry to dryer and send to room when ready. This is available in many of the hotels in China.
Service in general is ok, but can be better e.g. the male staff at the check-in counter can be more smiley :)
