The hotel service was excellent. We booked a twin room, and they upgraded us to a family room when they saw we had a baby. They even provided a bed rail, children's slippers, and a children's toothbrush! The hotel is very new, and the facilities are also new and clean. The bed was quite comfortable, though the duvet was a bit thick and made me feel warm while sleeping. Also, the toilet flush was a bit loud.

This hotel is really good value for money, especially being so close to the North Gate of Guangzhou Chimelong Safari Park. The price was affordable, and the hotel felt very new with no strange smells. Our room was spacious, and we even got upgraded to a family room! My child kept saying how comfortable it was. There's also a nicely decorated kids' play area on the 6th floor!

The service was great, but the soundproofing in the room was really poor. The front desk staff were fantastic though! There was a training session upstairs during my stay, so I was woken up early in the morning by the noise. The sound insulation is quite bad.

The hotel has a good location, close to Chimelong North Gate. The decor is relatively new, and the facilities are all there. The breakfast, though small, is excellent. Overall, it's very much worth it. It's also convenient for seeing the Chimelong International Circus, which I recommend checking out, although the ticket prices are a bit high during holidays.
