First off, I want to commend the front desk lady for her warm welcome. She saw we had a child and kindly offered a free room upgrade. My child was very happy with the room! Also, a big thank you to the housekeeping auntie who noticed I had a sore throat when she delivered something and proactively brought extra water and drinks for my child. We had a very pleasant stay. I've stayed here twice before, and among the different hotels I've tried near the airport, this one is great for its price point. Plus, the airport pick-up service is excellent. Highly recommend! 👍

Facilities: Given it was a holiday, I was quite satisfied with the facilities and the price. Cleanliness: Satisfied. Environment: Very quiet, and all basic amenities met expectations. Service: Impeccable. The business shuttle service was truly excellent, very efficient, and the executive car was superb.

It's very close to the airport, only about a 15-minute drive, making it perfect for families traveling with children.

Afternoon Tea Buffet: I arrived a bit late, but there was still afternoon tea available. Plus, fruit was delivered to my room for dinner. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. The room was also very spacious, and the service was excellent! They even offer airport shuttle service!
