Excellent location with convenient transportation and plenty of great food and attractions nearby. The staff provided professional service and were very quick to respond to requests. A very pleasant stay.

Environment: The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a subway station and in the heart of Yuexiu District, making it incredibly convenient for both tourism and business travel. Service: Most of the front desk staff were great – very kind, patient, and even provided some travel tips. However, there was one who had a sour expression and gave very perfunctory answers to questions, which was quite off-putting! Overall, about 70% of the staff were excellent.

It offers great value for money and is suitable for both leisure and business travel. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Hotel Xiaolan's front desk service is great, and the facilities are comprehensive. They have a 24-hour self-service laundry room with plenty of washing machines and dryers. It's also very close to Beijing Road. A satisfying trip overall!
