Byou Designer Hotel

This hotel is really great! 😌 It's close to the subway station and not noisy at all at night, so I slept very soundly. There's a 7-Eleven and FamilyMart nearby, which is super convenient for grabbing things. Plus, there are tons of options if you want to order takeout.

This hotel is perfect for light sleepers. With the windows closed, you can barely hear any street noise, and the air conditioning vent is also very quiet. The blackout curtains work great, so I wasn't woken up by the morning light. The mattress provides good support, so no back pain the next day. The shower has great water pressure, making for a refreshing shower. Even though the surrounding area is an older neighborhood and not particularly attractive, the comfort of the room itself is what matters most.

The room was meticulously cleaned; the carpet was vacuumed so well I could walk barefoot and my soles stayed spotless. The bedding was new and felt silky smooth, not scratchy at all, which is great for sensitive skin. The towels were thick and didn't shed. The hairdryer was powerful and dried my long hair quickly. These small, thoughtful details really show that the hotel cares.

The lobby has a very stylish, comfortable, minimalist design, and the sofas are just the right firmness. The location is great, right opposite XIEHE International School and close to Xicun subway station. Downstairs, there's a Luckin Coffee, a convenience store, a bakery, and more, so you can do some shopping nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast was included.

The lighting is bright enough without being harsh on the eyes, so working late doesn't strain them. The chair provides good back support and the recline angle is just right. There are multiple outlets on the wall, so you don't have to fight for charging space, which is really convenient for business travelers needing to work.

The room was cleaned promptly. When we returned in the afternoon, it was already tidied up, the trash was removed, the bed was made, and the used cups were replaced with new ones. The floor was vacuumed; you could walk barefoot without getting your soles dirty. The cleaning lady seemed very diligent, not someone who just goes through the motions.

The service was attentive and thoughtful. The room was very quiet, and the cute Xiaodu (smart assistant) was a nice touch. The location is convenient, right across from Xiehe School, and the view from the window was pleasant. For someone as particular about beds as I am, the bed at Bali was quite comfortable.

I was a bit worried about the hotel conditions in Xicun, but I was pleasantly surprised! The lobby is small but thoughtfully decorated, and the sofas are comfy. The room was spotless, even the hard-to-reach corners. The towels were thick, and the toothbrush wasn't those cheap, stiff ones. The AC was quiet, and the blackout curtains ensured a great night's sleep. The shower had consistent water pressure, and hot water was instant. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable, not awkwardly chatty or cold. Excellent value for money.
