Crystal Hotel Guangzhou BeijingRoad PedestrianStreet

The room was clean, spacious, and bright, equipped with a fridge and complimentary drinks at the minibar. The bathroom was large and well-designed, and the memory foam pillows were a great touch. The staff provided excellent service, and the front desk team was warm and welcoming—when my child needed an eye mask, they provided one immediately. During breakfast, since my child hadn't woken up yet, the staff kindly offered a takeaway box so I could bring food back to the room. It's truly rare for a hotel to allow takeout for breakfast! As our flight departing Guangzhou was at 4:00 PM, the front desk thoughtfully granted us a late check-out since we were traveling with a kid. Before we left, they even gifted my child a lovely Guangzhou fridge magnet. Overall, the hotel's service was extremely thoughtful and accommodating. The location is very convenient with direct access to the metro downstairs. It’s also close to shopping centers like Mayflower Plaza and within easy reach of Beijing Road Pedestrian Street.

The room was great, and the service was good too. The location is excellent, very close to Beijing Road, with plenty of food options. The fridge magnet given at checkout was also very nice.

The room was very clean, the front desk staff were all very enthusiastic, the room was new, and the environment was great.
