My stay at the Santorini Hot Springs Resort was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious, romantic, and incredibly comfortable, offering a true slice of Santorini Island in Greece. The private pool in the room was a luxurious touch, perfect for a relaxing and intimate experience. The entire atmosphere was picturesque, with beautiful views and a serene environment that made it feel like a true getaway. The breakfast and buffet were delightful, offering a great variety of delicious options to start the day right. The public pools were well-maintained and provided a fantastic experience, while the service was impeccable, ensuring that every moment of our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to escape into a little piece of paradise!

Was a good experience. Nice room, privet tub, Helpful and polite employees. But the only problem is the breakfast; only with Chinese options. There is a Mc Donald in front of the hotel was a good option during my trip to Santorini resort.

A pleasant stay ideal for family. We stayed in a family room which was very spacious and easy location for springs. The hot tub was fantastic with a nice view. There is a good range of hot springs however the wave pool wasn't open which my children were disappointed by. The food was okay. An acceptable range for different tastes both Chinese and a few western choices. As the place is a bit old it's a little tired in places but I would go again for the lovely photo opportunities, great room and good atmosphere.

It is a pretty picturesque resort, but sadly a lot of facilities and areas were closed for the summer for example hot springs and sauna room. It was dark and deserted at night. The private pool wasnt clean. The breakfast was average. The public pools and hotsprings were relaxing, but id like more variety. I really liked the theme of the room and surrounding areas.I might give it a try again in winter. But i dont recommend it in summer if you want the full experience..

I feel like I was really deceived by the photos. The room I booked is on the first floor. It is very damp. There is a very musty smell as soon as I enter the door. The bathroom only has a curtain but no door. It is very embarrassing to use the toilet! ! The water in the outdoor hot spring pool is very dirty. It feels like the water has never been changed. I dare not soak in it! ! The restaurant charges are really unreasonable! Why do you write that the room fee includes meals for 2 adults and 1 child? Please don't write it. No place will charge for meals for people under 1.2 meters! When you arrive at the restaurant, you are told that there is an additional charge for people above 1.2 meters. Just charge it! When we arrived at the restaurant, it was 10 minutes before closing. There was nothing to eat, but they still charged full price! I give up. I will come again if it is not expensive. Not worth it! ! !

Deluxe Twin Room has unique rooms. The swimming pool and hot spring pool are close. You can play as soon as you leave the room. The surfing pool is good. Children can swim freely. The environment and sanitation are subjective. There is a shuttle bus in the parking lot

The pool water in each room is quite sufficient, but I like to go to the public bath to feel the popularity. The public facilities are well prepared, the dressing area is clean, and the items are neatly arranged. 2. It is recommended to buy a housing package that includes [evening buffet]. It is absolutely okay to eat with the intention of tasting local farm dishes. The products are of high quality and will not be inferior. The package price is reasonable, and it can save the trouble of going out to find food (after 8 o'clock, you can only find food at the archway, but there is still a large McDonald's in front of the hotel)

I booked a three-bedroom apartment. Overall, it was OK. It was a bit primitive but acceptable (there were some small insects). The kids had a lot of fun. However, the dinner experience was not very good. There were too many people and it took a long time to wait for a seat. It might be because it was summer vacation and the weekend. The price was not proportional to the service and food quality. If this is done well, I will come again.

The last experience was not very good. I arrived at night in May and didn't experience the artificial waves in the water park. This time I checked in at noon and was upgraded to a one-bedroom and one-living room for free. The balcony faced the swimming pool and the air conditioning was awesome. Very good!

I haven't soaked in a hot spring for a long time. I heard that Conghua is a real hot spring, so I came. After choosing and choosing, I felt that this one had a good environment, so I came. I originally chose a twin room, but the front desk said that I could upgrade it to a parent-child room for free. It was bigger. I thought it was okay when I got there, but then I found a lot of small insects in the room. I saw a big cockroach next to the bed. I called the front desk, and the staff quickly brought insecticide. We sprayed it all over, and then we went out to soak in the hot spring with peace of mind. The hot spring water is really good, but there are also many pools that are not open. It is said that there is a pool, but it is full of leaves and branches, and there is no broom around to sweep it in. After soaking in the hot spring, I came back to take a shower, and the water was on for 30 minutes before it heated up. The price of 98/person for the buffet in the evening is really not worth it. First of all, there is not much to eat, just three kinds of seafood, and the other things are just so-so. It is better to eat McDonald's next door with this money.

I found this manor through Ctrip. I saw some bad reviews before. This is my first time to bring my parents and children. I personally feel that it is very good overall. The service attitude of the housekeeper and staff is very good and patient. My family and I are very satisfied with this trip. Any problems are solved in time. The hot springs and surfing are very good!
