Yeste Hotel (Guangzhou Zengcheng Xintang High-Speed Railway Station)

The room was spotless, meticulously clean with no hidden dust, and all the amenities were neatly arranged. It felt very reassuring to stay there. The service was excellent, gentle and considerate. The soundproofing was also very good, ensuring a peaceful stay. Overall, the hotel maintained exceptionally high hygiene standards.

The hotel environment is excellent, and all the facilities are smart. It's very quiet around, with plenty of food options, and convenient access everywhere. Plus, the front desk service is very thoughtful. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The front desk service was incredibly warm and welcoming, the lady at the front desk was a real highlight! I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip.

I usually don't write reviews, so I didn't take any pictures. But this place is genuinely great, especially the front desk staff, whose service was absolutely excellent. When I first got out of the car, I hadn't quite located the hotel yet, and it was drizzling outside, so I was standing by the entrance with my umbrella, looking at a map. The front desk lady主动 came out and told me to come in and sit down to get out of the rain. The hotel's hygiene is also very good and clean. I accidentally left a necklace behind, and they contacted me shortly after I left. The soundproofing is also excellent, and the facilities are brand new. I'll definitely stay here again.

When we checked in around 8 or 9 pm, the room was completely wet, even the bathroom floor was wet. And that wasn't all; apparently, the previous guests hadn't cleaned properly. A toothbrush was still on top of the shower, the shower stall glass was covered in water stains, and the corners were filthy. There was also one set of disposable toiletries missing.
