The cleanliness of this hotel is absolutely impeccable! The sheets and duvet covers were spotless, there wasn't a single unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and even the corners were thoroughly cleaned. I booked this hotel last minute after New Year's Eve. I arrived very late, and the front desk kindly extended my check-out until 2:00 PM, which I really appreciated. I had a great night's sleep. The hotel itself is actually pretty good, it's just that the soundproofing isn't great. There were quite a few Europeans checking in, and the hotel is split into East and West wings, different buildings. The room service was efficient.
