It's not very new and not very smart. Many facilities need to be manually operated. It's more than a 10-minute walk from the subway station, and there's a chain Hunan restaurant downstairs. The airport shuttle bus is a convenient perk.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable, especially the mattress, which was just the right balance of soft and firm, making for a wonderfully comfortable sleep. The hotel offers airport shuttle service, and all the staff were excellent, friendly, and professional. The only downside was that there wasn't an outlet in the bathroom to use the hairdryer.

Near Baiyun Airport, with good hotel shuttle service. The stay included one free breakfast and a complimentary room upgrade. The receptionist on duty at midnight was very patient with me, especially since I did not have a mainland mobile phone.

The room layout was great, perfect for a trip with friends. The hotel was very clean, and the shower had hot water instantly. Food deliveries were brought up by robots, which was a cool touch. The location is also good; there's a subway station about a kilometer away, and the hotel offers a convenient shuttle service.

Kyriad Hotel’s room is clean and spacious. We enjoyed the free transportation to and from airport and subway stations. The breakfast is more variety too. It’s highly recommended for whoever travel to Guangzhou.

It was a good experience.the view was not much but it was close to the hotel and provided a good rest. The breakfast was okay , Chinese style with limited options.consider adding more options.

Offer free shuttle from airport to hotel, if there's no driver available they will asked us to take taxi/didi ourselves and they will reimburse back the money to us. Breakfast limited choices but ok. Room is ok but nothing much around the hotel, nearest metro station is quite far but hotel offer free shuttle service to the metro station.

It is near the Baiyun airport. Hotel service is very good. Wanted to go to the nearest metro for dinner and the hotel reception arranged for the hotel to drop me off. Hotel provides free shuttle to the airport from 4am. Super plus point for those with early flights.

I would recommend staying here. I had the best sleep in this hotel. Beds and pillows are so soft & the room is big enough for 2 people to move around comfortably in.

I booked this hotel for my family. It's a good place, and they even offer airport pick-up. However, my family reported a strong smell of smoke in their room upon check-in. It seems like the previous hourly guest left, and the room wasn't properly aired out before my family was assigned to it.
