The staff was incredibly helpful, and the location is conveniently close to the Wanda restaurant and mall. Overall, it was the best experience, especially for my kids!

Very conveniently situated just a street away from two shoping center, including a huge and very contemporary one with many international brands and a lot of entertainment for grown ups and kids (cinemas, book shops, teahouses, games...and a lot of restaurants), and a big street food, this hotel is around a corner from these facilities so quite quiet. The personnel is very serviable, the rooms very clean with perfect decoration and games for kids. Perfect for staycation for a family.

額，可能平時出差比較多，突然住公寓式的，有點不習慣。本想着上下鋪啥的，應該符合小朋友需求，誰知道娃説不喜歡，住了一天就走了，主要方便去省婦幼。其他的沒什麼。

房間非常漂亮，又大又乾淨，前台小哥哥人非常好，本來我們是中午12點前就要退房，因為回港的巴士下午4點才到，又帶著3個孩子，所以問問小哥哥可不可以在房間多逗留3個小時，小哥哥很熱情的說當然可以啦，就是小哥哥的這份熱情，就值得下次我們再來住~
