The bedding was incredibly comfortable; it felt like sinking into a cloud as soon as I lay down.
This is the first hotel I've seen that provides a dental kit with so many tools – I wasn't sure how to use them all, but I'll figure it out next time.
The only downside was that the air freshener was too strong, making me feel a bit dizzy. I hope they can add an air purifier to the room by request next time.

An exceptional experience! It was my family's birthday, and I contacted them beforehand. They arranged a cake for us and upgraded us to the Canton Tower view room, which was a lovely surprise. The butler service was just right – not intrusive at all, but always there when we needed something. This is probably the best Four Seasons I've ever stayed at. Highly, highly recommend! This stay truly made our anniversary unforgettable for me and my husband! A special shout-out must go to Eva and April from Guest Relations. They proactively reached out to us before check-in and, upon learning about our anniversary trip, kindly upgraded us to a room with a better view. They even decorated it beautifully, making it super romantic! We absolutely loved the gifts they prepared, and the handwritten card really touched our hearts!! Every detail showed their thoughtfulness, making our anniversary truly special. Our experience was perfect from start to finish, and we're already looking forward to our next visit! Lastly, I wish both ladies all the best in their careers and continued happiness!
