The environment is great, and the front desk staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. The hotel is close to Sunac Land, and our stay was fantastic. It's very clean, and I highly recommend it. We'll definitely be staying here again!

The hotel's location is excellent, really close to all the commercial centers, so I'd give it full marks for that. However, I feel like the initial deep cleaning wasn't done very well. There's white sealant residue visible on the walls and ceiling everywhere, and the bathroom walls were finished very roughly, with some unidentifiable residue in the corners. Honestly, I don't think you'd see this even at a hotel like Ji Hotel or Mercure nowadays. This isn't meant to be a complaint, but rather feedback to encourage improvements so guests feel more at home. Also, I booked three rooms, and each room was supposed to come with two breakfasts. But when we went to get our second breakfast, we were told that each guest is only allowed one breakfast. That was a really strange response, and I hope they clarify this at check-in next time.

The room environment is great, bright and comfortable, and it's just a few minutes' walk from Sunac Land. However, the cleanliness details still need improvement. There are many mosquitoes around the hotel in summer, so remember to bring your own insect repellent when going out.

The room was great, clean and hygienic. Breakfast was also good, with a wide variety and delicious taste. The hotel service was excellent for families with children. I'd definitely stay here again on my next business trip. Highly recommended!

This hotel's location is great for shopping at Sunac Land; it's super convenient. The soundproofing is pretty good too, not noisy at all, and the room itself is spacious and comfortable. However, they really need to reconsider their dinner buffet – the food is honestly quite... unappetizing. And the seafood? Why was it so fishy? Absolutely terrible. The egg waffles were decent, but why do you have to reserve them? It should be first-come, first-served. I could make them myself in under half an hour. The staff told me I needed a reservation, otherwise it would be a 30-minute wait, which I found unbelievable at the time. Breakfast was much better and edible. Dinner was genuinely awful!

We brought our kids to Sunac Land for some snow fun during the Qingming Festival. I had a voucher for Huajiantang before, but it was fully booked way in advance, so this time I had to book a standard room. To my surprise, it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! The front desk upgraded us to a junior suite, which was not only clean and comfortable but also allowed us to enjoy meals and chats with family in the room. The kids had a fantastic time too.

Pretty good! The environment is lovely, and the hotel's facilities are excellent, especially the comfortable bedding. The breakfast is also really nice; Huajiantang's breakfast is always a reliable highlight.

Overall, my hotel experience was great. The mattress was incredibly comfortable – just the right balance of soft and firm. The room was spacious and roomy. We also enjoyed playing in the snow and appreciated the breakfast. It offered good value for money. The night front desk staff were very polite and always smiling. Although our initial room had a slight smell of smoke and felt a bit dated, and the kids' amenities weren't set up beforehand, the front desk immediately resolved these issues for us, which was a huge plus. If the hotel could improve breakfast insulation and maintain the grounds better, their service level would be even higher.

The room overall was excellent! I think for its price range, it offers exceptional value and a great experience. The hotel's service was also top-notch. I brought some sausages that needed refrigeration when I was out exploring, and I was initially worried about where to store them. I even bought some ice packs. But when I asked the concierge, they kindly offered to put them in an empty fridge in the kitchen, which was a huge help! All the other hotel services were fantastic too. Full marks!
