From the entrance the smell of Mold was very striking. Customer service welcoming and helping was quasi-nonexistent. Rooms are fancy good looking yes. But our room smelled lots of cigarettes smoking. We asked to be moved and the lady did accommodated us and she was nice. The room was nice looking. But I'm both rooms the blinds had lots of dust. And another thing i didn't like .. the blinds don't close 100% tp provide blackout. We ha d along week business trip .. and we wanted to sleep till noon and rest. Well that was impossible since sun was shining on us since 6am. We paid for breakfast and we decided not to go because the bad smell of mold on the first floor at the restaurant area was amelling bad the night of arrival arrival and in the morning. We booked 2 night originally but since we had all these issues we cancelled the 2nd night and we got charged a big penalty. But it’s ok .. we had to change the hotel. At the checkout .. the front desk agent guy was so rude and he thinks he owns the hotel the way he talked to us was rude and arrogant. I have a lot to say but i am tired of typing. SUMMARY: avoid this place. Get the best for your money elsewhere! Terrible experience despite and beside the look of the room inside was good. The rest is all bad. This hotel could be 100 times better as the room have a good design but the hotel lack the professionalism and cleaning!

Good location and connectivity. Room is cozy and comfort. I like the complimentary tea set in room including some fruits and snacks.Excellent services from staffs.
