第二次入住，每次都來去匆匆，但是房東依舊態度很好，回覆很快，因為這次是招待朋友來廣州玩，高大闊落的空間更加合適，客廳和房間因為樓層不同很分明，衹需要注意樓梯比較高即可。而且介紹房屋內部設備很詳細，儘管我們用不着那些東西，但覺得房東很用心，確實是比起很多民宿都更為人性化。位置超棒，過馬路就是公園前地鐵站和動漫星城。

一家人臨時找地方住，房東反應迅速，雖然是自助入住，但是指引很清晰，關鍵是位置超級方便，雖然樓梯會有點陡但是室內空間又寬又高，裏面香香的，周邊吃的太多了，如果不是第二天有其他安排一定會續住

很喜歡這間民宿的格局，很特別，除了樓梯有點陡，畢竟室內很高，空間很寬闊，應該是附近老房子都差不多這種樓梯。附近街道都是老廣而且室內陽光十分充足。這種是真的老城區的特色房子了吧。房間是半開放式，的確是很有層次感和很靈活的佈局。主卧也很大，同等價格下，周邊能租到一個大單間，或者小户型的兩房一廳吧？但這裏的主卧本來就很大，放了一張帶腳踏的寬寬的單人沙發以及還有工作台的空間，然後走道依舊很寬！沒有用到陽台，不得不説陽台也是大，晾曬應該超級方便，可能長租使用率更高。然後客廳很可愛，看得出房東很用心以至於客廳分出來的那個房間，被我們搶着睡。很喜歡這種用不透光布簾分隔出來的房間，很少見。晚上衹留一盞枱燈再看着纏繞在樓梯的閃爍的燈串，真的很有感覺。小擺件也很有設計感。交通是真的方便起碼去三個高鐵站是直達，我們從廣州站過來更是夠近了。從公園前站走過來，按着房東給的指引衹需要五分鐘，經過便利店還是全天營業真的不怕有啥缺的。另外還要點贊房東反應很迅速。
