Very good location. Building is a bit old and some areas need extra maintenance, like the bathroom (some spots of mold and water spilling outside the shower) but we have been very comfortable.

Good location, downstairs got family mart and kfc. There washing machine inside the room and the washing machine cones with dryer. But the room got a mouldy smells and it’s near to main road, so it’s not so good for light sleeper as you will listen the car honking

We had a very pleasant stay at Langshiyu. The room was surprisingly spacious, offering plenty of room for luggage and a comfortable place to relax. I especially appreciated the laundry facilities — a huge advantage during a longer trip, and extremely convenient. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and close to Haizhu Square Subway Station, making it easy to get around the city. The room was clean, the environment was quiet, and overall the hotel provides great value for money. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and practical stay in downtown Guangzhou.

around 10 minute walking distance from MRT, also got some steps from street to hotel lobby, no good for those with big luggage like me. Got a kitchen but only equipped with a water heater, not understand. Glass fixed at bed end also no good, got potential safety issue. Room size is OK

Strategic location which near to bus stop and walking distance to Beijing Road. Inside the room has washing machine with dryer. They will provide detergent in pack everyday. The room is spacious and with fridge. Went to the gym everyday which the basic equipment is good.
