I really liked it, it was pretty good! Haha, apart from the fact that food delivery isn't available, everything else was great. The cleaning lady was very thorough and friendly, which was awesome!

Traveling with friends, upon arrival, they told us our double room had been changed to a triple. The first room was extremely damp, with a moldy smell – absolutely terrible. The cleanliness was also very poor. We asked the front desk to change our room, but the new one was also very dirty. There was hair all over the floor, uncleaned orange seeds, and the bed was covered in tiny black spots. Definitely do not stay here, it's really awful.

A comfortable room but there was a smell inside and I didn't expect a loft room. It was close to a metro but very difficult to get out of the mall and find the location, it's an apartment, not a hotel really.

I have to give this hotel's service full marks! The lady at the front desk checked me in quickly, and when I switched rooms, I left my takeout in the old one. The cleaning staff specially delivered it to my new room. The hotel's location is convenient, right outside there's a bus stop. The room facilities are complete, and the bedding is comfortable, like being wrapped in clouds. Next time I'm on a business trip, this hotel will be my top choice!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Grandview Mall. The food in Guangzhou was so delicious that I extended my stay for a third night. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and helpful, even arranging for housekeeping to re-clean my room. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Guangzhou.
