Yingbin International Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun Airport)

The location is okay, terminal 2 very near ! Unfortunately the hotel has some serious issues. The hotel is not well maintained, after shower the toilet is flooded which can be very dangerous and slippery. During checkin, the lady at the counter was literally chatting with someone on wechat right in front of us after taking my ID card, and she finally help us checkin literally after 9 mins. No welcome acknowledgment, The Lady who did my checkin is not polite and needs to learn some customer service skills in how to speak to foreigners as this hotel brand itself as "International Hotel" regarding the hygiene, the bed and towels were clean and well stocked but the toilet and bathroom fixtures need some serious cleaning and renovation. The walls are simply dirty and stained with wallpaper peeling off, after waking up I found a cockroach 🪳 beside the bed. The hotel comes with a free non-ac airport drop, During the checkin the same lady told us to come down to the lobby at 1:15 am for drop but when we came down, the other staff at the reception told us that the next drop is scheduled at 2am So I don't understand why she asked us to come down at 1:15 am. If you want to stay for couple of hours before taking a flight, i think you can stay but if you plan to stay more than 12 hrs than I would not recommend, its simply doesn't look the same as the picture on booking website.

The room big but not clean to much. smoke smell. Location look close the airport but the way go to hotel so far .

Not a bad budget stay for easy access to the airport and for those like myself with overnight connections. My main problem was the presence of bugs in the woodwork. Could’ve been cleaner.

Overall, I had a satisfying stay. The room and bathroom were both clean, and the hotel was comfortable. It is a great choice for an overnight stay or a short transit before or after a flight.

Location is great, near the Baiyun CAN airport but 30 plus km from the city and most markets in Guangzhou. It's fairly clean, kudos to the housekeeping team, they really do a wonderful job. If you are a light sleeper try to pay extra for their sound proof rooms because the noise of aircraft is nonstop. If you plan to shop online and have your packages delivered to the hotel, their policy on parcels has great loopholes. The airport shuttle service is unreliable.

Room was clean, bed was so comfy. Convenient location from airport - howeverwoman on the check in desk was not helpful.

This hotel is well located with a good service especially if you’re in transit to flights. Services is also great 👍
