We have checked and rectified the missing iron, the omission of room cleaning service and the sound insulation problem you reported with the relevant departments as soon as possible: Insufficient emergency service: We have added spare iron inventory in the housekeeping department, and will provide more timely item delivery service in the future (if you still need help, you can contact the 24-hour duty manager at the front desk at any time). Implementation of cleaning standards: The problem of not changing and washing mentioned by you has been dealt with seriously.
