我們是朋友推薦下入住這家酒店，帶了小孩和阿姨所以定了套房，在入住的時候清楚和前台説清楚了：1我們要一張寶寶床；2我們要在客廳加床；3加一個成人早餐。前台也給了我一張紙簽字確認加床和加早餐的額外費用，我付了1000的預授權到時候退房可以扣除。我因為趕着去長隆，而且前台也説當下1點多還沒有套房打掃出來，需要我等等。我説沒問題，你幫我把行李拿上去，我晚飯後再回來拿卡。但是當我進入房間後傻眼了，寶寶床被隨意放在客廳，説好的加床不見蹤影，更別提有準備多一雙拖鞋、一條毛巾、一份牙刷等等細節。行李也是放在客廳、並沒有放在行李架上。我立刻打電話給前台，被告知他們已經傳達了給客房部，現在會立即幫我處理。但是我在房間等了15分鐘也依舊沒有等來任何人，寶寶已經在鬧覺狂哭，阿姨也沒有辦法休息。於是我再打了一次電話下午前台催促，並要求值班經理上來説明情況。這次5分鐘內就有阿姨上來了，阿姨一個人要徒手把很重的雲石桌子和椅子移開，再進行加床和鋪床的事情，我問她是不是客房部收到了加床的指引但是沒做？阿姨説他們衹收到加寶寶床這個指令。隨後值班經理Kobe來了，我問他起因緣由，他説是前台同事交接出現紕漏，他們看到那張紙寫着“bb床 加床 客廳” 就以為是要加一張bb床在客廳。我説你們覺得合理嗎，要bb床説明有個嬰兒，床不放房間放客廳是不符合邏輯的吧？他説以為客人有特殊需求…拜託在遇到不符合常理的交接的情況下、你們不應該和負責辦理入住的前台核實嗎，再或者給客人打個電話問問也好過自作主張處理啊！整個入住體驗非常糟糕！希望加強管理

地理位置就在長隆附近挺好的，而且也蠻多商場，酒店前台服務也很好，都很有耐心解決，唯一不足的是游泳，實在是讓人意想不到，誰能想到淋浴間有💩，太讓人意想不到了，一個星級酒店連設施都沒管理好，而且一個泳池掛着牌子寫無救生員，也是挺讓人無語的，希望整頓一下吧，畢竟是個星級酒店，挺影響心情的

專門去看謝霆鋒演唱會挑來挑去一個多月，最終選擇相對比較近一點感覺安全的酒店。喜來登品牌在我讀書年代，老師老是舉例，他們服務多麼多麼好和細緻。這次終於選擇親自體驗一，果然，名不虛傳，法拉利老了還是法拉利！
首先説交通，如果大家去奧體看演唱會，特別是女生，還是住好點酒店相對安全點，這裏交通便利，走十分左右有地鐵，主要周圍都是商場，即使很晚回來，附近沿街都是商鋪美食，方面吃喝還有安全！
然後，入住時候，他們發現你生日入住會給你生日蛋糕（當然很多五星級酒店都會有送蛋糕常規照顧）但是細節這個蛋糕很好吃！真的很好吃！不是那種冷凍蛋糕給你的！米其林品味不在話下！這個我要贊一下！温馨給你佈置簡單生日儀式，會確認你回到酒店再送上來，（那天正好去看謝霆鋒演唱會回來晚了）他們也一直等着.真是謝謝各位了！
最後，因為主要是為了去看演唱會，早餐起不來吃不知道怎樣，晚上回來晚拿很多外賣進來，還會有專門在電梯口幫你按電梯的大堂經理還是誰，非常的友善禮貌。打掃房間時候，我按了免打擾，經常睡到四五點才起床，客房服務員很温馨的在門縫塞了幾次卡片證明來過要打掃，但一直等到我起床都沒像別的酒店會敲門，這個細節贊十分。很標準五星級該有的服務。
晚上夜景很美，無奈我都去看謝霆鋒哈哈哈，如果拍照打卡不亞於住在小蠻腰附近。哦哦，忘記説了，浴缸很重要，看三場演唱會會回來，都沒淋濕了，還好有這個大浴缸，及時泡澡，不然真的會生病的！水壓十足！贊！

應該是有史以來感覺最好的一家喜來登，往往喜來登都給人一種老破小的感覺，很少會去定，但這家無論裝修和設計還有服務都很在線，尤其位置離長隆很方便。唯一不足就是小童中心有點太簡陋。對於一家位於長隆附近的酒店需要再豐富一下親子設施。

位於番禺CBD, 酒店外就是萬達廣場和天河城。去長隆打車很近很方便， 逛到中午回來睡個覺，晚上玩了水上樂園和大馬戲， 酒店很新，房間很大，雙床房的床可以睡下一大一小了。就是泳池很小，很多培訓的小孩，很亂，還無人看守。有萬豪會員的，早餐10歲小朋友沒有另收費，去長隆玩的話值得推薦。
